Hi all, the problem might have been discussed in this forum but i have
tired some of the suggestions to fix my problem to no avail.

I have 3 .wmv video files(frame size: 320 x 240, bit rate 60 kb/s,
Frame rate: 30.00 fps, Pixel Depth 32) captured using windows movie
maker from my Sony Handycam DCR-HC30. Each is about an hour long. The
video looks great in the monitor windows before and after editing in
PPRO 1.5. But when i export to MPEG2, MPEG2-DVD, MPEG2-SVCD or AVI the
video comes out blurry with the exception of the still images during
transitions and at the end. The edited video is about 2 hours long.

I read on this forum that the problem could be the field order so i
tried to set it to upper and then to lower but no luck (in either MPEG
or AVI). I also changed the field options for each clip to "reverse
field dominace" and tried between all options with just no improvement.
I have tried the different combinations of settings but the resulting
video is still blurry.
I am trying to export it to MPEG2 so that i can create chapters etc in
Encore for the final product. I have been trying to get it to work for
a month now an i am sure i am doing something wrong with the settings
since PPRO 1.5 works for others.

Here are the settings i have for exporting to MPEG2:

I am by no means an expert, but your 100Mbps as Bitrate seems very high to
me
Try bringing it closer to 5, that might very well help
