I'm often making showreels from clips or commercials coming from different sources. Of course, audio levels and audio quality is different in each of them. What is the easiest way to equalize audio?

tnx

Easiest would be to use Audition or another audio editor in conjunction with PPro.

Put each clip into its own sequence.

Line-up all the sequences onto a master timeline.

Export the master sequence audio.

Normalize the resulting WAV in an audio editor. (In Audition, one way is using Effects/Amplitude/Normalize).

Import the processed WAV into PPro.

Unlink Audio/Video on the master Timeline.

Delete the master sequence audio track.

Replace with the processed audio track.
