Hey I'm new to this.
I have a widescreen enabled camera, and when I'm editing in premier it appears widescreen, but then when I export it as a movie it comes out in 4:3 format.
It seems no matter what I do the actual video will stay 4:3. Even if I change the frame so it's 16:9, the video will be 4:3 with big black bars on either side to fill the frame. It's terribly aggrivating.
Also, when I'm capturing video the quality is excellent, but once I start editing it it's worse - why is this?
any help would be great.
