rolling title

I was trying to creat a rolling title for my credits...but i don't know
how make it slow. It rolls too fast. Can anyone help me how to deal
with this?

If you have created it with the Titler, just stretch the title in the
timeline. I've done this myself. I had a specific amount of time to do
my credits, and was able to strech and shrink to the right time.
