Adjust volume over a clip?

You guys must get this all the time, but say I'm playing a song over a clip of someone talking, and I want the audio of the person talking louder than the background music. How would I go about adjusting one or both of those volumes?

One way to do it is:
Windows > Audio Mixer

The easiest way is with the mixer as Averdahl says. However, be aware that the mixer works on tracks, and not on clips. So if you move the clip, the keyframes stay with the track.
