So say I want a clip to run and then freeze on a certain frame. How would I go about getting a screen capture/doing that? I've tried using Frame Hold and it doesn't seem to be working.

Thanks
Natasha

Park on the exact frame you want to freeze, then:
File > export frame
Then import the frame you just exported > place on timeline where you are parked.

Natasha, there are a couple of ways to do that, as described in the PPro Wiki.Cheers

No no no... all u need to do is freeze the frame in point and increase its duration(by dragging it on the timeline) till u need the hold.

"No no no"? What kind of response is that to Eddie's suggestion that the Wiki be consulted? If Natasha freezes the inpoint of her clip, it will not play. It will HOLD on the inpoint. I don't think that that's what she wants to do. Natasha - go with Eddie's advice.
