When starting Premier Pro CS3 I get the following message...

"Additional codecs that are not included with the trial version of Premier
Pro CS3 must be installed."

And when I press OK to install them, after about 30 seconds I get another
error message that tells me that "Installation was unsuccessful. Please
contact Adobe Technical..."

Can someone please tell me what is going on and how to fix this?

Did you try contacting Adobe Tech Support as it suggested? When you
spend $800 on software, you shouldn't feel bad about bothering them.
